welcome to rooted & renew!
Hello!
Long time no see! 👋
So much has happened since the last time I sent a personal note… My husband and I have built our first home 🏡, we've had a baby 👶, we've traveled out of the country 🥐 just to name a few…
I'll get to all the details in another email, but for now I'm excited to share a new endeavor that I hope you will join me on!
Introducing….
a weekly newsletter where I plan to share simple, yet powerful habits and systems that have helped me strengthen my relationship with God, nurture my family, tackle work with intention, and care for my body, mind, and soul.
As I navigate motherhood, a husband who travels for work, and a full-time job, I’ve realized that life is constantly changing—and instead of resisting it, I want to learn how to flow with it. Through faith, discipline, and the grace of God, I hope to create a space where we can grow together, finding balance in the beautiful chaos of daily life.
At its core, Rooted & Renew is about:
🌿 Being rooted in Christ – staying close to Him as our source of strength and grace (John 15:4)
💛 Renewing our hearts, minds, and daily lives – finding joy in the midst of change and finding ways to better flow with the ups and downs of life
My hope with this communication is to not only help all of us find better balance, I’d also love for this to be a two-way conversation—a space where we can share what works, what challenges we face, and how we can encourage each other along the way. My hope is that this newsletter uplifts and inspires you while offering practical tools to bring more peace and purpose into your daily rhythms with Christ at the center.
I still plan to share tips/tricks and everything in between when it comes to marketing, and business management systems through Loreto House Creative, but I really believe that the foundation of a successful business comes from healthy habits and discplines.
I can’t wait to start this journey with you! Stay tuned for the first edition of Rooted & Renew, and in the meantime, I’d love to hear from you—what are some habits or systems that have helped you stay grounded through life’s changes?
